Updated: Talk and resources on Computer Ethics

This year, I have several talks on Computer/Digital Ethics. So I took the time to update the GitHub repository with my collection of links.

I am not sure if it is related to the EU AI Act, to the seemingly rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence, or global politics. However, this year I have several talks and discussions on Computer Ethics (or in German “Digitale Ethik”) lined up, a topic I have been covering here before.

EU AI Act and ROI of AI Ethics investments

Similar to IT capabilities, my talk has evolved over the years and I have (had) high school students and university students as well as IT professionals as audience. What I added over the past year is the EU AI Act, a discussion on the benefits and the return of investment (ROI) of investments into AI Ethics, and relatively new terms like AI Slop (screenshot from my talk above).

Recently, I created a new version of my talk for a more business-minded audience and in that process also updated my GitHub repo with resources on Computer ethics. Right now, the repo is catering to a German language audience. But if there is interest, I could also internationalize it (and the talk). Pull requests or issues welcome…
